Application for Infectious Disease Fellowship - Greenville

Application

  • To be eligible for selection, applicants must apply via the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) and must be enrolled in the National Residency Matching Program (NRMP). ERAS will begin accepting applications on July 1, 2020 for fellows applying to begin fellowship on July 1, 2021.
  • The selection process will consider life experiences, past objective and subjective performance, academic accomplishment, and individual personality attributes.
  • All applications must include:
    • Two letters of recommendation from physicians with whom they have worked in a clinical context
    • One letter of recommendation from the program director of your internal medicine residency training program
    • Personal Statement addressing your interest in Infectious Diseases and career considerations
    • CV
    • Medical school transcript
    • Photo
    • USMLE transcript
    • COMLEX transcript (if DO)
    • ECFMG (if applicable)
