Why choose Greenville?

Greenville is an incredible place to live for anyone—it’s perfect for singles and families, it’s great for those who love the outdoors and those who love outdoor patios for drinks, and it’s ideal to plant roots permanently.

The attractiveness of Greenville is gaining national recognition, with a list of accolades that keep growing.

Living

Greenville is very affordable, with a cost of living below the national average. From its thriving downtown to the many easily accessible suburbs, the variety of places to live appeals both to urbanites and to those seeking a parcel of countryside. Reasonably priced apartments abound downtown, allowing you to live, work and play all by walking or biking. Similarly, suburbs provide both a wide range of apartments or houses to buy or rent.
