Dr. Ranck grew up in Snellville, Georgia and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Georgia. She earned her Medical Degree from Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed her Pediatric Residency and Chief Residency at Greenville Health System in Greenville, South Carolina. She is dual board certified in General Pediatrics and Pediatric Hospital Medicine. She serves as the Senior Medical Director for Pediatric Primary Care for Prisma Health-Upstate in Pickens and Oconee Counties. She is also the Division Chief of Pediatrics and Medical Director of Newborn Nursery and Pediatrics at Prisma Health Oconee Memorial Hospital. She has over ten years of experience with undergraduate and graduate medical education. Dr. Ranck is the Director of Pediatric Curriculum for Seneca Family Medicine Residency. Her special interests include pediatric hospital medicine, asthma, newborn care and patient safety. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs on the lake, organic gardening, traveling, and cheering on her beloved Georgia Bulldogs.
