Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, I attended the University of Miami for undergrad and then moved to Boston for my master’s degree of Biomedical Sciences with a thesis in Malaria Vaccine Development. I was fortunate to be given the opportunity to return to the Tampa Bay Area for both medical school at the University of South Florida and residency at Bayfront Family Medicine Residency in St Petersburg. I chose this fellowship due to the wide diversity in the backgrounds of the faculty along with the vast array of sideline experiences available at the local, national, and international level. Outside of medicine, my fiancée and I love all outdoor activities, especially fishing and hiking, and we look forward to exploring more of Greenville and the surrounding area. Although we moved out of Florida for fellowship, we continue to support the teams of Champa Bay and are looking forward to more titles and Boat Parades in the near future.
