Jimme was born and raised in Lapeer, Michigan, near Flint. He did his Undergraduate training at Michigan State University(Go Green!) where he received a dual major in Human Biology and Chemistry. From there he moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida to attend Osteopathic Medical School at Nova Southeastern University. While attending Medical School, he also received his Masters in Public Health. After receiving his medical degree, he did his Pediatric Residency training in Jacksonville, Florida at University of Florida in Jacksonville. He stayed at University of Florida in Jacksonville to do his fellowship training in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
After finishing his fellowship training, he and his fiance moved to Greenville, SC to begin his career at Prisma Health in the Pediatric Emergency Room. His interests include residency education, simulation training, and pediatric airway.
He loves playing and watching all sports and continues to cheer for his Spartans and Detroit athletic teams.
