Dr. Annett received his B.S. in biology and chemistry from the University of Richmond where he was also a member of the men’s soccer team. He then went on to receive his MD degree from the Medical College of Virginia. Scott also performed exceptionally well as a resident for us and served as our Med-Peds chief resident for 2010-11. Upon graduation Scott joined a Med-Peds hospitalist practice at Maury Regional Medical Center outside of Nashville, TN for three years. Scott then returned to the Greenville Health System to complete a Sports Medicine Fellowship. He now serves as program director of the GHS Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship Program and is currently employed clinically with the Department of Orthopedics and the Steadman Hawkins Clinic of the Carolinas at their Hillcrest location.
